I need a Flex/Air developer… anyone have a recommendation?
I’m working on the next generation of risk management tools and I need a software developer familiar with Adobe Flex/Air. I am hoping one of the multiple thousands of people who read this might know someone who can help.

If your app is meant to run on the desktop, Adobe Air isn’t a bad choice. But for web-based apps, I probably wouldn’t recommend using Adobe Flex due to higher development costs. It’s a newer technology that most developers haven’t been exposed to yet. Instead, consider using PHP/MySQL. It’s the most popular web development language and there’s tons of good developers out there.
